IT'S PARTY TIME: IT'S TEA TIME

As I strolled casually through the aisles of a Sephora with the firm and definitive intention of buying nothing, my eyes fell on a body milk of the brand. I was struck by the retro chic packaging made of silver dots on a black background with a small red bow in the center. Exquisite femininity when you hold us! But above all, when I saw the mention Cake Gourmand , the catch "glitter effect" and, the insolently reasonable price of 6.90 € , I was hooked . And as often, when I'm wrapped up in a product, I skip the composition. This is not good!

 

Only got home I realized that this body lotion, which is part of the collection delicious pastry Oh My Darling of Sephora -in limitée- edition, contains dimethicone , the phenoxyethanol or even PEG . It is distressing to note that an attractive price implies in ¾ of time, that the brands incorporate ingredients at a discount therefore dangerous for our health. But despite everything ... Admittedly, this body milk is a real treat. We would almost eat it. The sweet scent of vanilla creamis very present (it even fills the room) and is too pleasant on the epidermis! This bewitching flavor gradually disappears. The texture of the milk is fine, absorbs quickly and, oh surprise, hydrates very well. I appreciate the iridescent, subtly sparkling appearance that this treatment gives to my skin. It is also incredibly soft. If you don't like gourmet smells, this milk is not for you. But if you're fond of it, you'll love to grab that flavor.

Healthier composition and just as tasty, I discovered at Marionnaud the brand Le Couvent des Minimes thanks to the Very Nourishing Body Balm with Honey & Shea. The texture of this treatment is very velvety, very fine but very hydrating and nourishing. The balm has the generous characteristic of transforming into oil (non-greasy) after a few seconds of massage. Honey Extract (fortifying), Shea Milk (nourishing), Water Lily Extract (soothing) and, Royal Jelly (soothing) are the main ingredients that make up this balm and make it so effective. The skin is satiny, soft, smooth and delicately scented. The presence of honey is strongly felt but, it is distributed comfortably on the body. The € 27 is justified!

 

FINAL VERDICT .

Oh My Chérie body milk and Le Couvent des Minimes body balmare gourmet but different skincare beauty products (especially in terms of composition) that will allow us to be sweet to eat all winter long.
